This adorable Witch Boot / Shoe was made by me using a Soft In The Head
pattern. I love how it turned out.
The boot measures 10 inches tall and 9½ inches long from the heel to the toe.
It's been made from muslin cloth, weighted with rice, stuffed firmly, painted,
sanded, 'aged', and waxed.
On the front button tabs there are tiny real bone skulls hand-stitched into
place.
The cushion of this shoe holds lots of interesting things....tiny wooden spools,
a rusted key, various pins, vintage buttons, a rusted needle, a rusted safety
pin, and a wooden tag that's been painted and 'aged' and signed by me.
You can even add your own treasures to the cushion...favorite buttons, hat pins,
etc.
Think of the places you can put this Witch Boot. It'll look great beside your
favorite chair, or sitting with other Witchy items, or even in your Halloween
display.
I even made one of these boots for myself.
